EuroFM's 16th Research Symposium 2017: selected papers

The 16th EuroFM Research Symposium took place as part of the European Facilities Management Conference (EFMC) in Madrid, 25-28 April 2017. The objective of the Research Symposium is to present original research that contributes to the understanding of the role of FM in organisations and to encourage discussions and the development of new knowledge amongst researchers, professionals and educationalists.
