It includes the construction of a 71,999m2 11-to 12-story hospital building, 21,088m2 of medical office space, a 2,787m2 central plant building, two operating theaters, an emergency room, parking and related facilities.

RTA Architects has been appointed as architect.

In June 2015, SFHS submitted the preliminary project plans to City of Colorado Springs (CoCS).

In November 2015, CoCS granted preliminary planning approvals.

In November 2016, SFHS has negotiated a deal to buy the adjacent 28.55-acre site that's been used for years as an asphalt batch-plant.

The project involves the construction of a 61m height, 300 bed hospital and medical office campus on 20.6ha of land in northwest Colorado Springs, Colorado, the US.

The US$500 million project includes the following:
