This IDC study examines the training-related issues and technologies that will have the greatest impact on the learning and development industry in 2007. Participants of IDC's study include 275 learning professionals who provide extensive feedback on the topics that they expect to have the most and least influence on their profession in the coming year.

Participant responses provide insight on topics such as:

How do CLOs rank 43 training-related topics and issues by their expected impact on the industry in 2007? Which issues do CLOs feel that the training industry ought to be paying more attention to? What predictions do CLOs hold for the training industry in 2007? What percentage of CLOs expect improvements in budget, alignment, and training quality in 2007?
