In November 2014, Amexon prepared a preliminary report of the project.
On January 7, 2015, McMillan LLP on behalf of Amexon submitted the preliminary report to the council.
On March 30, 2015, Gagnon & Law Urban Planners Ltd (G&L), on behalf of Amexon, submitted the detail plan and zoning applications to the Toronto City Council.
