Abstract

As the first manufacturer of ATM equipments domestically, the former of GRG Banking Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as GRG Banking) is GRG Scientific Engineering CO., Ltd. established in 1989. In 1999, under the support of Guangzhou municipal government, Guangzhou Radio Group established GRG Banking and began to produce ATMs of proprietary intellectual property rights. On Aug.13th 2007, GRG Banking got listed on Shenzhen Small and Medium-size Enterprise Stock Market.

The main products of the company can be divided two categories as automatic teller machines (ATM) and related system software, rail transit ticket processing equipments as metro, light rail and railway and so on and related system software. The fully-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Yingtong also supplies the services as monetary automatic processing equipment maintenance and ATM operation.
