Techren Solar, LLC (Techren) a joint venture of Sustainable Energy Capital Partners (SECP) and POSCO Power is planning to undertake a new solar plant at El Dorado Valley Solar Energy Zone in Nevada, the USA.

It includes the construction of a power house, a substation and related facilities, the installation of solar panels, and the laying of 6km transmission lines.
Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has been appointed as environmental consultant. In March 2013, BLM completed environmental analysis for the proposed project.
On March 21, 2013, record of decision was approved on the project.
The project signed a 25-year power supply agreement with NV Energy.
In January 2017, Public Utilities Commission of Nevada staff has approved the request for the issuance of a Utility Environmental Protection Act (UEPA) permit.
Planning activities on the project are underway.
