Olympia Violago Water and Power Inc. (OVPI), a joint venture between San Lorenzo Ruiz Builders & Developers Group, Inc and HydrEq Pte Ltd is planning to build a hydroelectric power plant in Rodriguez, Rizal, the Philippines.
