Orascom Telecom, Media & Technology Holding SAE (OTMT) and REC Solar ASA (REC) of Norway are planning to construct a solar power plant in Kom Ombo, Aswan Governorate, Egypt.
The project involves the construction of a 50MW solar power plant. It includes the construction of a substation and related infrastructure, the installation of solar panels, inverters and transformers, and the laying of transmission lines.
