The project involves the construction of 1.5 million m3 storage complex on 52ha of land. It includes the construction of storage tanks and related facilities, and the installation of transfer pipelines and safety systems.
In March 2014, MMAF short listed PT Surya Mina Asinusa to develop the project on a Build Offer Transfer (BOT) bases for a period of 30 years.
