The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is planning to undertake the construction of a regional transit center and mixed use facility at Toronto Pearson International Airport, Ontario, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a regional transit center and mixed use facility and planned to be implemented in two phases.
The first phase involves the construction of a regional transit center comprising a new passenger processing terminal with a cost of US$383 million and the second phase involves the construction of a mixed-use facility which includes commercial space, office building, retail facility.
The project will be fully financed by GTAA.

On February 7, 2017, preliminary concept for the regional transit hub was released.
On July 31, 2017, GTAA issued Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design consultant to develop the concept of the regional transit center with the bids submission deadline of September 28, 2017.
Tender activities are underway for the design consultant on the first phase and planning activities on the second phase are ongoing simultaneously.
The ground transportation facility (partial part) of the first phase is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2020 with the entire project scheduled for completion in 2027.
