Vietnam International Township Development JSC (VIDC), a subsidiary of Perdana ParkCity, is undertaking the construction of ParkCity Hanoi Mixed-Use Development project in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The project involves the construction of a township on a 77ha of land comprising 7,000 housing units and being implemented in 15 separate zones (15 phases). The first and second phase of the project includes the construction of 1,200 duplex villas, houses, and high-rise condominium units.

The project features a central park and lake, clubhouse, town center, public and international school.

Central park and lake, a gathering place, is being developed on 10.8ha of land. It consists of biking, jogging, walking trails, open space, lakes, waterways, lakefront promenade, benches, and pavilions.

The clubhouse will be developed on 1.7ha of land. It includes swimming pool, gymnasium, childcare center, multi-purpose hall, cafeteria, badminton courts and other related facilities.

Town Center includes 365,350m2 retail/office space, 18,680m2 facility space, 2,556 condominiums, medical hub and a hotel on 16.9ha of land.

Public and International School will be developed on 7.5ha of land, which includes a primary school, junior high school, kindergarten and an international school within the walking distance from neighborhoods.

The first phase called "Nadyne Gardens" comprises three-story buildings with 177 homes on 5.4ha of land.

The second phase includes the construction of Evelyne Gardens comprising 18 duplex villas and 147 townhouses on 4.7ha of land and community club.

Tham & Wong LLP has been appointed as a design consultant, Vietinbank as a financial advisor, Langdon Seah as an engineering consultant, and Ecoba Vietnam as a civil contractor for ground treatment for second phase low-rise buildings.

Tue Pham has been appointed as the master planner for the third phase.

Property & Management Co. has been appointed as project manager, Aedas Architects as a landscape architect for third and fourth phase.

Construction works are being undertaken by the in-house division of VIDC.

In February 2010, VIDC signed credit agreement worth US$46 million with VietinBank. In March 2010, construction work on the project commenced.

In June 2013, construction works on the Evelyne Gardens commenced.

In February 2015, the first phase of the project was inaugurated.

In July 2015, construction works on the first phase of the project completed.

In December 2016, construction works on the community club completed.

In October 2017, construction works on Evelyne Gardens completed.

Construction activities are underway and the project is expected to be completed by 2020.

The project involves the construction of a township on 77ha of land, which will be divided into 15 zones in Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam.
