On October 19, 2015, the North Miami Beach’s Planning and Zoning Board approved the project plans.

In February 2017, Rivergate Companies secured US$51.24 million construction loan which is provided by JPMorgan Chase.

On February 2, 2018, topped out ceremony was held.

Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.Scope
