In March 2016, Henry County filed a lawsuit challenging Stockbridge City Council approval of the project plan.
In July 2016, RCP officially announced Cabela's as its first retail tenant and a 1,114.8m2 Mt. Olive Market food hall, both are expected to be operational by the second quarter of 2017.
On September 28, 2016, The court issued verdict favoring Henry County, in the process delaying the project.
