Polskie Koleje Panstwowe SA (PKP) is planning to undertake the redevelopment of the former Warszawa Glówna station in Masovian Voivodship, Poland.
The project includes the restoration of Warszawa Glówna station, and the construction of modern commercial facilities on 10ha of land. It includes the construction of residential units, a 300,000m2 commercial space, a shopping center, office space, car parking space and all necessary transport infrastructure.
The project will be developed using a public-private partnership (PPP) model.
In March 2014, PKP floated a tender for the selection of investors, with a submission deadline of mid-June 2014, which was extended to the end of July 2014.
In August 2014, PKP revealed the names of six companies that had made initial offers, of which five were selected for the next stage of the investor’s selection and they are:
ECE Projektmanagement Polska Sp. z o.o., Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne ECI SA, a consortium of HB Reavis Poland Sp. z o.o. and Polcom Investment XIII Sp. z o.o., Karam Enterprise of ImmoFinanz group,
and Neinver Polska Sp. z o.o.
In April 2015, ImmoFinanz group has been selected as preferred investor for the project.
Construction work is expected to commence by the first quarter of 2018 and it expected to be completed by 2023.
The project involves the redevelopment of the Warszawa Glówna station into a mixed-use facility at Towarowa Street in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodship, Poland.
The US$751 million project includes the following:

3. Construction of a shopping mall
4. Construction of parking facilities
