In March 2017, NYSG released a Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) to solicit ideas for public-private partnership opportunities at the site.
On May 22, 2017, RFP was issued to select a developer for the development, operation and management of project with submission end date on July 28, 2017.
Developer is expected to be appointed by September 2017.
