In April 2017, NHAI revised the plan due to opposition and split into two parts from Indora Square to Golibar Square and from Agrasen Square to Ashok Square with 300m underpass at Indora Square having a total length of 7.3km.
NHAI has submitted DPR to the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways and is waiting for approvals.
