In the first quarter of 2016, NFG notified the FERC that they intend to push the anticipated in-service date of the 2016 Northern Access Project to 2017.

FERC is scheduled to review the environmental assessment by the end of July 2016.

In February 2017, FERC approved the application to construct the Northern Access 2016 Project.
