The project is planned to be developed in two phases. The first phase will include the construction of Sainsbury’s store with petrol filling station on a 10,033m2 area, Open A1 Shopping Park on a 15,329m2 area extension to the local Church with car parking, a nine-hole golf academy, extended playing fields and parking for the local school.
The second phase could include the construction of 250 residential units after the feedback is received from Council’s emerging Core Strategy Plan.

In May 2013, a planning application was submitted for the first phase.
In January 2014, the council rejected the planning application.
In June 2015, the project has been recommended for approval in the report to the council.
