In March 2017, Sino Great Wall International Engineering Co., Ltd. won the construction contract.

On April 3, 2017, a groundbreaking ceremony was held on the project.

Construction work is scheduled to be completed by February 2019.

Scope

The Beachfront Balapitiya project involves the construction of four towers on 3.4ha of land in Balapitiya, Southern Province, Sri Lanka.

The US$200 million project includes the following:
