It includes the construction of 240 condominium units in 51,000m2 residential and amenity space, 8,361m2 retail space, a 14,000m2 Six Senses Hotels which 137 rooms, commercial facilities, parking and related facilities.
Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and Rem Koolhaas have been appointed as architects and Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas as management contractor for the hotel. Omnibuild is appointed as general contractor.
In May 2015, HFZ secured US$870 million in acquisition and pre-development financing from a consortium of JPMorgan, BlackRock and SL Green Realty.
As of March 2017, site works are underway.
In May 2017, HFZ secured US$1.25 billion construction funds and construction works commenced.
Construction works are underway with completion anticipated by 2019.
