On May 13, 2015, HD submitted the planning application to North Las Vegas City Council (NLVCC).

On October 21, 2015, NLVCC approved the project plans.

In April 2017, a groundbreaking ceremony was held on the project.

Construction activities on the first phase are underway As of August 2017, and scheduled to be complete by the first quarter of 2018.

Construction activities on the project will take seven years to complete.
