Savills, Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE have been appointed as marking consultants for the project.
In May 2013, GPE submitted a planning application to Westminster City Council and obtained the approval on October 16, 2013.
In October 2013, GPE invited Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine, Brookfield Multiplex and Lend Lease to bid for the project.
In February 2014, GPE appointed Lend Lease to undertake the pre-construction work on the project later on appointed as the main contractor.
In May 2014, demolition work commenced on Royal Mail site and construction works commenced in May 2015.
On February 23, 2016, a topping out ceremony was held.
Construction works are underway.
