BAR Architects has been appointed as architect.

In March 2014, Lisa Wise Consulting Inc (LWCI) was appointed as study consultant.

On August 4, 2014, GLC submitted an environmental impact report to the Menlo Park Planning Commission.

On February 17, 2016, environmental impact report was released.

In March 2016, Menlo Park Planning Commission is in the process of conducting public hearing and reviewing the plans.

On September 13, 2016, the Menlo Park City Council approved the terms of an agreement between the city and the GLC.

Under terms of the agreement, GLC would be required to provide 14 below-market-rate housing units, pay US$2.1 million in cash to a public amenity fund, guarantee US$83,700 in sales tax payment per year, and build a dog park.

On January 24, 2017, GLC secured planning approvals from the City Council.

CBRE Group, Inc. has been appointed as leasing consultant for an office building.

Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2017.

The project is expected to be ready for tenants by 2019 with full occupancy in 2020.
