City of Cleveland (CoC) is planning to build a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio, the US.

It includes the construction of a residential complex comprising eight to 17-story buildings with 700 residential units, 12 townhouses, 14,613m2 of retail and community space, 1,626m2 of office space, 1,590 parking spaces and related facilities, and installation of elevators.
In December 2014, CoC issued a request for proposals (RFP) for seeking a potential developer for the project.
In first quarter of 2015, Chester Ventures LLC (CV) – a partnership between Clayco Realty Group, the Koman Group and Hospitality Specialists, Inc. – and UC City Center LLC (UCCC) – a joint venture between Orlean Co and Midwest Development Partners and DelMonte Hotel Group (DHG) – have submitted proposals for the development of the project to CoC.
On September 9, 2015, CoC appointed UCCC as the developer.
