De Pol Associates Ltd has been appointed as planner, Cassidy + Ashton as architect, Woolerton Dodwell Associates Ltd as landscape Architect, Northpoint Developments Ltd as project manager, Fairhurst as engineering consultant, ERAP Ltd as environment consultant, and John Turner Construction Group as contractor.
In August 2014, CHP signed an agreement with HCA and LCC for the development.

In February 2015, CHP submitted a revised planning application and received planning consent from the Preston City Council on June 8, 2015.
In March 2017, a new application for 21 new homes and detailed plans for 93 homes was submitted.
