Crawford Hoying (CH) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use project in Ohio, the US.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities over an area of 121,406m2, which will be developed in phases.

The first phase includes the construction of eight mixed-use buildings ranging in height from five to six stories that will house 382 apartments and 42 condominiums, 21,367m2 of office, retail and restaurant and two 850-space parking garages.

The eight buildings are:

Building B1 includes the construction of six-story, 14,663m2 with ground floor restaurant, retail, second floor office with residential on floors three through six.

Building B2 includes the construction of six-story, 8,461m2 with ground floor retail and restaurant, second floor office with residential on floors three through six.

Building B3 includes six-story, 7,800m2 with ground floor restaurant and retail and residential on floors two through six.

Building B4 includes five-story, 26,050m2 with six floors of parking and five floors of residential.

Building C1 includes five-story, 8,227m2 with ground floor restaurant and retail and residential on floors two through five.

Building C2 includes five-story, 8,773m2 with ground floor restaurant and retail and residential on floors two through five.

Building C3 includes six-story, 8,284m2 with ground floor restaurant and retail, second floor office and residential on floors three through six.

Building C4 includes five-story, 31,130m2 building with six floors of parking and five of residential units.

The second phase includes the construction of a 150-key hotel, a 500-person event center, a performing arts center, office facilities, retail facilities, and, rental residential units and 610-space parking garages.

The third phase includes the construction of 9,695m2 hotel, 1,775m2 conference center, a 514-spot parking garage, office within block A of the Bridge Park development.

Elkus Manfredi Architects has been appointed as architect and in June 2014, Continental Building Systems and Dugan & Meyers Construction Co. as construction contractors for the project.

In October 2014, Indus Hotel was appointed as management contractor for the hotel of second phase of the project.

In January 2015, the City of Dublin approved the basic development plan for the first phase of the project.

In August 2015, the project received approval from the Dublin City Council to break ground on the first phase of the project.

The city is contributing US$43.1 million in public improvements for the first phase of the development. As per the agreement, the city will spend US$11.1 million on roadways in the first phase and US$32 million to build two parking garages to serve the development.

On September 15, 2015, groundbreaking ceremony held marking the commencement of construction works of first phase.

On December 7, 2015, the City of Dublin approved the basic development and site plan for the second phase of the project.

On February 18, 2016, the City of Dublin approved the development and site plan for the third phase of the project.

Construction work is underway for the first and second phases, while design activities are underway for the third phase are underway.
