CESC Commerce Executive Park, LLC (CESC) is undertaking a mixed-use community in Fairfax County, Virginia, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising of 500 residential units, a 175 room hotel, 37,161m2 office space and retail space and will be developed in four phases.

The first phase includes construction of a seven-story building with 200 apartment units.

The second phase includes construction of a 24-story building with 300 residential units with retail spaces on the ground floor and underground parking.

The third phase includes construction of a 22-story building.

The fourth phase involves construction of a 14-story, 175-room hotel which will also have retail on the ground floor.

On June 10, 2015, CESC submitted an application to Fairfax County Council to rezone three properties within the Commerce Metro Center from an industrial district to planned development commercial.

On August 5, 2015, Fairfax County accepted the rezoning application.

CESC has a rezoning/final development plan concurrent with special exception amendment, for which public hearing is scheduled by the Planning Commission on September 15, 2016.

In December 2016, CESC received planning approvals from the Board of Supervisors.
