City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) and Related California (RC) are jointly planning to build a mixed-use complex in San Francisco, California, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 0.93ha of land. It includes the construction of a 16-story, 78m high office building on 52,703m2 area, a 39-story, 126.7m tall residential building comprising 560 residential units with 112 affordable housing units, a restaurant, 71,275m2 of residential space, 420 parking spaces for the residential building and up to 150 spaces for the office tenants and related facilities.

In May 2014, RC acquired the proposed development site for US$65 million from Goodwill Industries.

In November 2014, Board of Supervisors Budget and Finance Committee (BSBFC) approved US$8 million grant for project's design work and permit fees.

Skidmore, Owings and Merrill has been appointed as design contract for the project.

On January 15, 2016, CCSF issued a request a proposal (RfP) for works including elevators, exterior building, maintenance equipment and trash chutes of the project with February 15, 2016, as the submission date.

Pankow has been appointed as general contractor for the project.

On April 25, 2017, the project was introduced to the Board of Supervisors, COP Authorization Resolution & Purchase & Sale Agreement (PSA) Ratification.

Subject to approval, construction is expected to commence in October 2017 and be completed by November 2019.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 0.93ha of land in San Francisco, California, the US.

The US$327 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 16-story office building on 52,703m2 area

2. Construction of 39-story building with 560 residential units

3. Construction of a restaurant

4. Construction of 71,275m2 of residential space

5. Construction of 420 parking spaces

6. Construction of related facilities

7. Installation of elevators and safety systems
