The design contract has been awarded to Ortner & Ortner Baukunst, Stefan Forster Architekten GmbH and Karl Dudler Architekten.

In July 2015, Aberdeen Asset Management has acquired 392 apartments for US$120 million.

Max Bögl Bauunternehmung GmbH & Co. KG has been appointed as EPC contractor for the project.

On February 1, 2016, the construction works commenced and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
