Amata Group (AG) and Tuan Chau Group (TCG) are planning to undertake the construction of Hi-Tech Industrial Park in Quang Ninh, Vietnam.
The project involves the construction Industrial Park on 6,403ha of land and will be executed in ten phases.
The US$60 million first phase of project includes the construction of 1,000 factories and hi-tech complex on 500ha of land and the remaining capital will be divided in over the next nine phases.
It includes the construction of a high-tech park, a free trade area, research units to develop high added value products, as well as educational facilities, urban areas and other related facilities.
In May 2015, AG submitted an investment application to the Department of Planning and Investment, Ho Chi Minh City.
In November 2016, Northern Quang Ninh province asked AG to begin the construction works on the first phase of the project.
