AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) and its subsidiary, Cebu Holdings, Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV) and its subsidiary, AboitizLand, Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation (CPVDC) are jointly undertaking the Mandaue integrated mixed-use development project in Cebu, the Philippines.

The project involves the construction of residential and commercial facilities on 15ha area. it will be developed in phases.

The first phase includes the construction of an Avida residential tower, an Ayala Mall with the first Landmark department store in the region, and a BPO office building.

It also includes construction of hotels, apartments, a retail space, a commercial space and an underground parking facility, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

In November 2010, the master plan of the project was completed.

In January 2014, AboitizLand and AEV signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with ALI to develop the project.

In June 2016, AEV, ALI and AboitizLand broke ground on the project site.

Construction works on the mall and office are slated for completion in 2019.
