Summary
The beleaguered Russian economy still reeling from the crisis of 2014 is showing incipient signs of improvement and is expected to enter the positive territory and reach 1.4% GDP by the end of 2017. The economical impact is reflected on the investment pattern of the Russian organizations which sees a downward trend.

Key Findings
The current adverse economic condition of Russia has its toll over range of industries impacting the ICT investments in the country.

This is evident from the 98 respondents surveyed with a sizeable number of the respondents willing to decrease their ICT budget slightly or significantly.

To increase the efficacy and customer support, service support & help desk and management are the IT functions that are predominantly outsourced by most of the respondents.
