Mobility Is an Old Story — Time for Central and Eastern European Governments to Read It
This study looks at the adoption of mobility in CEE governments. mGovernment is becoming a ubiquitous term. The focus on delivering government services to increasingly mobile citizens has forced many countries around the world to reassess their ICT strategies and align their offering with the demand for increased mobility from citizens and employees alike. However, most of the CEE region is rather slow in adoption. This study describes the current situation of mgovernment in CEE, and examines why most of the countries are slow to adopt and what can be done to remedy this situation.
