IDC PeerScape: Practices for Leading IT Transformation
This IDC PeerScape identifies five leadership practices that have been successfully used by CIOs in transforming their IT organizations while helping drive digital transformation (DX) in their enterprises. The practices were selected to be widely applicable across different industries and situations but also for their importance in enterprise digital transformation.
