Abstract

This IDC study provides revenue breakdowns of the top 10 vendors that have gained the biggest shares in the following human capital management applications segments: core human resources (HR), elearning, erecruiting, intelligent compensation, and performance and workforce management.

"Amid a bleak employment picture, these HCM applications have managed to survive, and in some cases thrive, because of their quick and seamless transition to on-demand — and increasingly cloud-based — delivery of their products, which have become indispensable for companies to fill positions swiftly to replenish capacity, provide consistent employee training economically, and do a better job retaining high-performance workers,'' said Albert Pang, director of enterprise applications research at IDC.
