2007 was a strong year for the Danish BPO market, which reached DKK3.9 billion, a 13.2% increase over the previous year.

"Unlike other parts of the world, or Europe for that matter, cost is not necessarily the main driver for BPO initiatives. Instead, a lack of resources is the key factor driving growth in the Danish BPO market," said Staffan Söderman, research analyst at IDC Sweden.
