On June 20, 2012, BJ Jarrad Pty Ltd was appointed to undertake construction of water and gas infrastructure for the project.
In July 2014, the State Government approved the first stage of the project.
In March 2015, Walker secured necessary approvals for the project.
In October 2016, Adelaide planning expert opposed the project plans.
