Gensler Jr. & Associates, Inc. has been appointed as an architect; and Pierre-Yves Rochon and Perkins + Will as interior designers.

The hotel will be managed and operated by Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, a brand of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. MATT Construction Corporation has been appointed as general contractor.

Construction of the hotel tower commenced in February 2015.

Alagem, OWR, and GP proposed to build a 26-story condominium tower instead of two mid-rise towers; however, plans have been rejected by the City of Beverly Hills in November 2016.

Alagem has submitted plans for 23-story tower.

Construction of the hotel completed and was opened in June 2017. Planning activities for the second phase are underway.
