The second phase of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP-II), which includes the construction of the Polihali Dam, a new transfer tunnel, and other infrastructure, will likely drive Lesotho’s economic growth over the next two years. In May, construction started on the M2.0bn Senqu Bridge which will span the new Polihali Reservoir. We believe the second phase of the LHWP's construction will peak over the 2024-2025 period.
