Analysis by Region - Emerging Markets - Ghana
Description
Our overall outlook on the Ghanaian economy remains largely positive as we enter the new year. We expect GDP growth to slow to a still-strong figure of 4.6% in 2026. This outlook is predicated on normalising economic activity and adverse base effects. That said, there is notable upside potential to our view. If policy reform, infrastructure investment, and/or the consumer market overperform, growth may be closer to 5% in 2026.
