"Nickel" electrodes also have the advantages of high mechanical strength, its flexural strength is greater than that of Pd-Ag electrodes, and it has good corrosion resistance and heat resistance to solder, and good process stability. The "nickel" electrode has a small resistivity and better conductivity than the Pd-Ag electrode. It can reduce the equivalent series resistance of the MLCC and increase the impedance frequency.
