Delta-Sigma ADC (ΔΣ ADC) is a high-precision analog-to-digital converter based on core technologies such as oversampling, noise shaping, digital filtering, and decimation. By using a sampling rate much higher than the Nyquist frequency, quantization noise is shifted to a higher frequency band, and then high-frequency noise is filtered out by a digital low-pass filter, achieving ultra-high resolution, high linearity, and low noise digitization of analog signals. It is the mainstream ADC architecture for high-precision measurement scenarios.
