Russia Printing Market Expected to Change in 2022 as OEMs Stop Shipping Products
The Russian market is expected to suffer a steep decline in 2022 as a result of the current war in Ukraine. Future growth is uncertain given the current lack of clarity on how the situation will develop in the coming years. In 2022, shipments to Russia of A3 laser copiers/MFPs and A3/A4 inkjets are likely to be more seriously affected than A4 laser shipments. Grey import activity is also likely to increase. Russian customers' demand for new print devices will be severely impacted in 2022 by economic sanctions and the devaluation of the ruble.
