Outsourcing in an As-a-Service World: Implications of Cloud Services on Staffing

Cloud-related positions with specific skill areas around architecture and migration appear to be a challenge in the Canadian market," according to Vijay Kumar, senior analyst, Industry and Business Solutions. "The historical distinction of in-house and outsourced is going to dissolve in the 'As a Service' world, and outsourcing will be a key method to address cloud staffing challenges."
