The company currently has 80 employees and recently completed a $25 million Series B funding round led by new investor Cielo Private Equity and existing investor S3 Ventures. IDC estimates Gravitant saw total revenue of $6 million in calendar year 2014. Gravitant's customer base is primarily located in the United States at present.

As an early entrant in the cloud service broker solutions market, Gravitant aspires to help IT decision makers standardize, optimize, and coordinate the purchase and deployment of multiple cloud services across their organizations. This is a critical management capability needed for mature hybrid cloud management and operations.
