Findings from CEO Sentiment Surveys 2023
Despite a vigilant global consensus, Latin American CEOs and C-suites, usually resilient executives, are more optimistic; many of these business leaders believe it is essential to focus on being competitive and resilient to manage external economic and geopolitical risks now and in the years to come. It is essential for CEOs to implement dynamic modernization strategies and accelerate or at least maintain the same level of technology investment to adapt and be resilient and competitive over the next 12 months. "More than ever before, CEOs and C-Suite leaders are active decision-makers in designing experiences, and the IT investments needed to develop them; thus, they must adopt digital skills and culture to perform their new roles within their areas and the organization as a whole. This is a key change that must happen for businesses to join the digital era," Alejandro Florean, Vice President of Consulting for Latin America.
