Winkler Development Corporation (WDC) is planning to build a residential community in Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota, the US.

On January 5, 2015, LCC approved the preliminary plans for the development.
On May 4, 2015, WDC secured approval for the first phase which includes 63 units.
On July 5, 2016, WDC secured approval for the second phase which includes another 63 units.
In the first quarter of 2017, WDC submitted a request to the city's planning department to build 47 units on 8ha of land.
Subject to approval, the project is scheduled to be completed by 2021.
