New­Court­land submitted a proposal to invest US$50 million into the site, including about US$10 million to build two NCAA-caliber ath­let­ic fields.

In December 2016, PHA has planned to reach a development agreement with New­Court­land to develop the project. Final agreement is yet to be signed.

PHA has committed to provide operational funding through its Housing Choice Voucher Program for 20 years.

PHA is in process of securing approvals.
