Link (THM) Holdings (Link THM) is planning to construct a Media Village @ Medini mixed-use Development project in Johor, Malaysia.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 5.9ha of land. The project will be developed in three phases.

It includes the construction of SOHO units (Small Office Home Office), business suites, residential homes spread over seven tower blocks and retail units.

The project includes the construction of four residential and three business suite towers, which will range from 25 to 35 stories on an 111,483.6m2 area. The development features a combined total of 2,000 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging from 51-69m2. It includes the comprehensive system of underground utility tunnels, which house and distribute utility service lines, including power, telecommunication cables and a fiber optics network.

The project includes meeting rooms and a range of business facilities, playground and commercial properties consisting of mainly food and beverage outlets on a 102,193m2 area.

Broadway Malyan and Redd Design Office (RDO) has been appointed as architect for conceptual master plans and design for the project.

In September 2011, Broadway Malyan completed the concept master plan for the project.

In February 2013, Link THM signed an agreement to purchase 5.9ha. of land from Global Capital & Development (GCD), the master developer for Medini Iskandar.

Planning activities are underway and the construction is expected to start in 2017.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on 5.9ha of land at flagship zone of Medini Iskandar in Southern Johor, Malaysia.

The US$1,000 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of four residential towers

2. Construction of three business suite towers

3. Construction of a food courts

4. Development of a play ground

5. Construction of beverage outlets

6. Construction of parking facilities

7. Construction of restaurants

8. Installation of telecommunication cables and fiber optics network

9. Installation of safety equipment
