Smith National, Inc as the civil engineer, traffic consultant and landscape architect, Phillips Gradick Engineering as the mechanical engineer, Design Environments, Inc as interior design, Davis & Church LLC as the structural engineer and Stevens Construction as the contractor.
Wauwatosa's Budget and Finance Committee will provide US$4.5 million through city tax incremental financing support.
In March 2016, demolition work commenced.
Construction work is underway and is scheduled to be completed by 2017.
